“Chrysanna Hanes did a terrific job with the sign on the exterior of my commercial building. I did an exterior makeover of my building four years ago and Chrys came up with a wonderful concept for my exterior sign. My sign is black utilizing cut out letters with back lighting consisting of LED lights. The sign stands out perfectly in the day time hours and really "pops" at night. Chrys is fun to work with, talented and pays attention to design details. I consider her expertise to be a great value.”

“The communication could have been better. My delivery was pushed back twice, both times we received the call that "they weren't going to make it today" after the delivery window. We should have been notified before the window or at least during the window so we weren't taking time off work for nothing. Ultimately the delivery guys did a good job when they got there. I was nervous they weren't going to be any good by reading the other reviews but they did a good job.”

“We just purchased a fan from Alex at Dan's Fans. We were looking for a replacement fan for our lanai. Alex's explanations of the various fan features, made our decision so much easier. We knew exactly which fans would fit our space and which fans were built for outdoor use. Dan also explained the differences we could expect from fans with fewer blades vs. more blades. We chose a fan which came with a dimmable light and a remote as part of the package. Alex also explained that Dan's Fans works with electricians who can provide installation service--which is something that was important to us. We loved the fan selection and think we found a fan that will look beautiful on our lanai! Thanks Alex!”

“Thank you all for doing such a great job!! I have utilized Patterson to service my A/C units for several years now. It is obvious why they have been in business for so many years. They are honest and are really good at what they do... Recently, I had an issue with one of my units, naturally in the middle of the summer. Patterson was my first call for some assistance. As always, they were prompt, courteous, and sent a very knowledgeable technician out to diagnose my problem. They ascertained that the unit was able to be repaired, however due to the age of the system, it made more sense for me to replace the whole unit. Understanding that would be a costly endeavor, they provided me with a temporary fix and encouraged me to research and look around at all of my options. They also helped me understand what made the most sense and didn't try to upsell or push anything that was not needed for my predicament. They asked about likes and dislikes of the old system and deduced that an additional vent should be placed in one of our bedrooms. Naturally, this also made a dramatic difference that I am convinced others probably wouldn't have even asked about. The team that replaced my unit were also top notch individuals! Special thanks to Mike for taking such great care of us! Great job - I will continue to recommend them to anyone in need!”

“The ambiance is great . Ford cars aplenty. Outside are several cars as well .Dine under the the red classic if you want or admire from the bar. Multiple TV’s to watch sports on. Indoor or outdoor dining . Napkins are garage cloths … totally cute ! Food is good .. a little pricey for burgers and Mac and cheese .Definitely not a fan of the milkshake…. Not much in the glass mostly chocolate syrup or the Mac and coleslaw . Mac is not cheesy and coleslaw has a pickle kick. Chicken with goat cheese was good ! The staff is GREAT overall . Our waiter Stephen was fantastic! Great smile , friendly and helpful attitude but not so into your face that you couldn’t enjoy your meal. A wonderful waiter… and those are hard to come by. He acknowledged everyone at our table .The manager , REBEL,was great too ! She came and made sure that my granddaughter was satisfied with her burger. Very polite and beyond friendly and helpful ! Overall, a good dining experience . Nice place for family and friends! The establishment itself is CLEAN and neat. Like I said , cars a plenty . Enjoy ! 4 stars is solely based on my taste in food and what I prefer or expect .”

“TORN BETWEEN THE BEST CHEF IN TAMPA OR THE BEST WINGS. My boyfriend and I went out to visit the Fat Rabbit lastnight and it was perfect. The head chef Cole came over to ensure that everything was going well and that we were enjoying our meal. Cole is truly one of a kind with amazing hospitality. He suggested the Real McCoy burger and I can still taste it, the combination of different flavors, the texture….. PERFECTION I am not a fan or burgers or wings however this place has a lifetime visitor. The wings were perfectly crisp not too tuff/dry and not too soggy everything was perfect. Brooks was our server and Hannah would check in on us as well from time to time (they were also amazing). This place is a gem and I would love to keep it hidden but others need to know about this place.”
