(December 11, 2020, 6:15 pm)I can honestly say that great customer service is very rare these days but today Veronica made my day she was very kind she was patient and had a very upbeat attitude and she took pride in helping me today the facility was also very clean and nice decor throughout I definitely recommend this storage facility. ☺️☮️

The level of help, understanding and just overall commitment from the manager and the assistant manager that I have received is just top notch. I can tell you that if I run across anyone that is looking for a storage facility I'm going to tell them that they NEED to make a beeline for THE TERRACE STORAGE CENTER!!!! You will not be disappointed by the this brand new facility or with the help that you will receive.
