He is as advertised! Mr. Awesome! Chris has been working with my son for over 10 years and my brain injured, quadriplegic son continues to make improvements thanks to Chris mentor!

Awesome trainer. Fun environment to work out in. Good variety of classes and class times to choose from. Works with a variety of different fitness levels. Highly recommended!

Super motivated, Knowledgeable trainer. I personally had great results. Love the place and group classes.
