“Josh and John (who was a sub) were amazing. I had just gotten my replaced at another store, but when I was driving the car felt wobbly. The store I had originally taken my car to was closed, so I stopped into Tire Choice. They got me in quickly given it was a busy day, even though I was likely not a priority . They were able to test the tightness of my lug nuts and found that two of them were cross-threaded. Instead of trying to fix it themselves and potentially breaking a lug nut, an expensive repair, they gave me their professional opinion to get the problem fixed with the original shop since they were responsible for the issue. Very grateful for their help. Definitely reccomend!”
