Corp won't even provide them with an answering machine so if you call be prepared for the phone to ring more than 20 times before anyone answers as they are very short staffed. “I was referred to Orthopedic Medical Group Tampa Bay, after a fall where my left wrist was fractured. I was very pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. I was taken back for X-rays and then escorted into a room where I waited less than 10 minutes for the physician. The fracture was severe enough to need surgery, and he took the time to show and explain the X-rays and the procedure I needed. Placed in a temporary cast, surgery scheduled, and now I’m 3 months post op now! I would recommend this practice to everyone! They have the nicest staff and Dr. Jester is wonderful!”
