Most of all she is not one to prescribe medication if not needed. If you present a problem she feels needs a specialist she will advise you to seek a specialist opinion. Her staff Amy and Sherry are totally the best I have met in a Doctors office and have been there for a long time. Never a time that I call that they are not willing to go the extra mile. This was my first child and we loved all the Drs at this location. They all made us feel very comfortable and explained everything I had questions about. The billing also went very smoothly and I had no issues with them or my insurance. We had a few issues at the end of my pregnancy and all the Dr's made me feel calm and informed on what was going on. In the end we were sent to the hospital for induction and everything went very smoothly. I would 100 percent recommend this practice to a new mother and don't let other reviews affect your decision.”

“Dr Scott was very professional and did what the previous specialist DID NOT DO...that was to prescribe the correct tests & therapy. I appreciate him doing his job because after 3 weeks of the correct therapy...my son is doing well. Nevertheless, to match his professionalism D-1 needs to train their reception & phone staff. They are NOT at par with him and do NOT deliver what customers expect. When I have called..I have never been able to speak directly to a person during work hrs. Instead, I've always left messages and someone has called me back delaying the process. The man's voice on the main phone's recorded message is extremely low and in instances not quite clear. The Therapists are NOT D-1 they are A-1...Exceptionally...DARN Good! Finally, and in a more easy note...the music selection on the Therapy section coming out of the main speakers MUST be a little more representative of all musical tastes and less monotonous!!!”
