“My children have been patients for 2 years here with this group. In the 8 years I've been parenting I've never found a practitioner we all love to see more than their ARNP Miss Bethany Baker. She is an absolute godsend. She is professional, kind, truly listens and gives amazing advice and a treatment plan that works! She always helps my children feel at ease with their visit even when they have to be poked, prodded and aren't feeling their best. We have seen Dr Mehta as well and he is professional and has great funny bedside manner for the kids. The office staff is always helpful and does their best to squeeze you in when you have a sick child. Their extended office hours are a blessing with a hectic and demanding schedule of working parents. Thank you to the physicians, medical assistants and administrative staff that have made our family life here in Lutz better knowing we have them to rely on when needed. “I needed to get a right shoulder X-ray so I called and they said they accepted walk ins for X-rays. I arrived early Friday morning, shortly after they opened. The front desk staff were attentive and friendly. I only had to sign a few lines and my wait time in the lobby was short. The radiology techs were very friendly and the X-ray process was easy as expected. I would definitely recommend this location and would come back again, as needed.”

GuideWell happened to be one that was close to me while visiting from out of town and I am so glad they were the one I chose to address my medical concerns. They were so kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay while all tests where performed. Each nurse or doctor that was tending to me was super friendly, informative, accommodating, and nothing short of reassuring. I don't go out of my way to really write reviews on Urgent Care centers of all places but I felt compelled to do so because I had a comfortable experience while not feeling my best. Thank you for opening a place where you can tell the nurses actually care and enjoy what they are doing.”
