“I had to move my step mother in here a little over a year ago because at her age and with her memory loss it was dangerous for her to keep living alone and we just weren't in a position to have her live with us for an extended period. After checking out many options, we decided on Memory Lane Cottage and I'm glad that we did. She's getting excellent care from an attentive staff. We didn't have a problem with the former management at all but I've noticed some negative comments below about them. I will say however that they have a new director named Kelly and several new heads of the departments all of which seem to be excellent at their jobs. I've seen them go above and beyond expectations many times.”
