Best customer service by far. I had a unit here for alittle and the staff is always friendly and helpful with anything you need.

Ykisha made a great first impression on not only being very informative but also being very knowledgeable as well on the different units that they had to offer. All I can say is Ykisha was amazing. Not only was she kind and helpful she was informative and walked me through everything she explained the difference in sizes and out/indoor units. Best gym ever! The owner works with you personally to design a workout specific to your fitness level and goals. For me he focuses on strengthening muscles to alleviate back and neck pain. He is very knowledgeable and encouraging. Go here if you want to work out the right way and see results.

This gym is hybrid crossfit meets physical therapy to restore proper body mechanics while you get in shape. You basically get a physical trainer with your membership. Circuits are up on the board and the owner keeps you motivated and corrects form so you get the most out of your workout while minimizing chances of injury.
