“My wife and I were at Apollo Beach this past weekend to meet Dominique Hernandez and finalize our paperwork for construction of our new home in Waterset. During our meeting and after walking thru the model homes, she took us to The Landing to show us some of the amenities in the Waterset community. There we met two amazing ladies, Tricia and Roxanne, who made us feel welcome and shared some great info about Waterset. They gave us tshirts that read “Strength in Neighbors” with the #thisiswaterset and even offered us a complimentary piece of tres leches cake while they shared all that Waterset offers. We were blown away by such hospitality. Our wonderful interactions with everyone confirmed that we made the right choice to build there. We are excited to move onto this new journey and meet others in the Waterset family.”

My server Adam, has a great depth of knowledge when it comes to steak and other food selections on the menu. This is a low to medium noise environment that is appropriate for families. “Our first time here. Quaint little place right on the riverfront in Gibsonton... small but cozy with a great view of the marina, the boats passing by and dolphins plying in the water. The food here was expertly prepared, arrived quickly and were very tasty. I would highly recommend either the Dockside Cuban sandwich or the Blackened Grouper sandwich... both were excellent. Too far away to visit often, but we'd definitely go back if it worked out travel wise...”
