As more customers came in, Rachael began helping me make a decision. She was knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I was having a pleasant shopping experience, and worked diligently to stay within my budget. I spent at least two hours in the store, and both Rachael and David couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant the entire time. They even gave me a balloon for my birthday (cheesy, but showed the dedication to their job and customers to have a pleasant shopping experience). “Seated quickly. Safety protocols were observed by staff. Ms. Bunny attended us. She was so kind and patient with our antsy 6 year old. She promptly took our order and was attentive to all the little details like getting us two different jams we requested. Food was tasty and more than we could eat. I had the new chicken pot pie. It was really hot since it must have just come out of the oven. Manager came by to make sure all was to our liking. Good stop on our way back to Orlando. Would return.”
