“Great service every time I've been there. Went there today because I woke up to a flat from a nail in my tire. Dropped it off. Few hours later it was done(I was in no hurry, it was a holiday and they were a little busy). I go to pick it up and they told me it was on them. It's an inexpensive repair but they covered the cost of the patch. Little gestures like that once in awhile reflect good customer service.”

They have several flat carts you can use which comes in handy to stack items on like boxes to move them in and out of your unit. I really like that the side auto doors on the first level are always locked and can only be access via a code and that when you put in the code they know exactly who comes in and out because it displays your name. “Spoke to Brian about having a rusted out exhaust pipe in my 130 Yamaha. Told me to come up. Checked it out and told me that power head needs to be removed and a bunch of new parts to be installed. He quoted me $800 for everything. I thought that to be a fair price and left the boat. Called me a week later, told me boat was done and that he was able to do the whole job for $545!!!! I was thrilled. Picked it up and it performed flawlessly. Franzen Marine and Brian the owner, are professionals, straight forward, no fluff, no gimmicks. Easy access, a nice loading dock, and a beautiful building. The staff has been wonderful, especially Alex, who greeted us on move-in day. If I didn’t know the facts, I would’ve thought he was the manager. His professional and friendly demeanor fits the bill of what I Associate with managerial skills.
