“Always a good atmosphere. I come into this store regularly to keep my ring cleaned through the lifetime warranty. I absolutely love the warranty. So many people always ask how I keep my ring so shiny and I'm happy to tell then to 'go to Jared's'! The staff are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes the checking in the ring or just getting a quick clean and inspection is a little long of a process but very worth it. My wedding ring got ran over (long story) and there are two bands soldered on either side of the wedding band and so they were all skewed. Jared unsoldered and resoldered, buff and shined it up(rhodium plating?) , put on new prongs, and of course cleaned it all within a week. My mother-in-law asked how much it cost? Totally free under my warranty! Thanks Jared's!”

“I had been in a few times throughout the week to look at their inventory. Returned yesterday so my family could see the selection and options. Will greeted us, and answered a lot of questions for my wife as she was looking to do a lift and tires, and wanted to see the variety of options out there. Throughout the visit, customers came and went. Some to buy, some to look, and some that were popping in to say hey and show off what they'd done to their previous purchase. My wife ended up chatting with a couple of the women who had come through, and she was really enjoying the environment. In the end, I traded my truck in and ended up with my own jeep. (which is totally awesome). The no pressure environment is fantastic. Will has the ability to make sure no one feels neglected. He can greet a new customer, chat up a previous customer, answer questions for another, and swiftly break down and close a deal. The overall experience makes you never want to go to a big dealer again. Previous reviews helped in my decision to visit the first time, and to return. So please read them. The Manager, Charles Cutting, asked what I needed and then stated “of course we can do it” be back by six.” I went to a place nearby to get something to drink and wait. Went back at 545 and he said it was almost done. I used to go to this location regularly but had started going somewhere else, but now I am back. Fast, friendly, reliable service. No worries.
