“I had been in a few times throughout the week to look at their inventory. Returned yesterday so my family could see the selection and options. Will greeted us, and answered a lot of questions for my wife as she was looking to do a lift and tires, and wanted to see the variety of options out there. Throughout the visit, customers came and went. Some to buy, some to look, and some that were popping in to say hey and show off what they'd done to their previous purchase. My wife ended up chatting with a couple of the women who had come through, and she was really enjoying the environment. In the end, I traded my truck in and ended up with my own jeep. (which is totally awesome). The no pressure environment is fantastic. Will has the ability to make sure no one feels neglected. He can greet a new customer, chat up a previous customer, answer questions for another, and swiftly break down and close a deal. The overall experience makes you never want to go to a big dealer again. Previous reviews helped in my decision to visit the first time, and to return. So please read them.
