“This place is definitely cleaned very well, but definitely not maintained very well. It appears that when something minor needs repair, it doesn't get done and I notice it in the room like torn or stained carpet. Or scraped walls. It is a modern recent upgrade and it's nice, but I noticed the door lock was missing from the inside. The water pressure is very low in the shower. The anti-slip mat in the tub is a VERY slip mat. It has many plugs for all your devices to charge, micro fridge, micro, flat screen, iron, blow dryer and in-room coffee.”

“Just wanted to leave a quick review to praise Janey at the front office. Her job is not an easy one and she has always responded to issues and concerns quickly, professionally and with kindness. I could not do her job with as much patience as she consistently shows. Neighbors are typically friendly and are responsible with their dogs. The complex is very well maintained as well. At times it is difficult to get a parking space near your own apartment and package delivery has been a problem a few times. However, overall it is a very nice place to live.”
