While I have had the opportunity to meet with several providers, I have seen Weston Graff more than anybody else. He is very respectful and professional, always giving us his undivided attention. I’ve asked dozens of questions over the last few months and he has every single question, never making me feel dumb or like I should know the answer. “I visited the facility today and I cannot not express enough about the AMAZING CARE I received! I was a little leary about this place after reading some negative reviews however, there is no way possible these people who wrote negative reviews had the same care professionals I did. I was experiencing chest pain and once I walked into the building and spoke of my symptoms I was IMMEDIATELY taking back to the patient waiting area, hooked up to monitors, given an EKG and had my blood drawn within minutes. Not only that, I saw a physician right away who explained every test they would be running. The entire staff was very professional, kind, accommodating and attentive. The doctor had such a pleasant bed side manner. I felt like I was getting the best care for my condition. The good thing is I was fine, and the care I received was outstanding! If I could give them more than five stars I would. Thank you New Tampa HCA Emergency!I highly recommend this care facility!”
