They each have a different style, but overall give you a complete and true yoga experience like no other place I have ever been to. The yoga rooms, especially the nature room, are so tranquil. The staff is excellent, very informative and always make you feel at home. I have been to many different yoga studio, but this one is by far the best. A pastoral staff, including the retired pastor, and most pastors that have moved to grow other churches, they eat breath and preach the word of God, not just in there preaching and teaching, but in their personal life.
