“This is, by far, the BEST place to find beautiful, quality and unique plants, as well as pottery in Tampa. Amy does a spectacular job in procuring and designing her shop. Its like candy for the eyes! I visit with the intention of buying one thing and it never fails that I leave with way more than that! I've had plants from her that last for YEARS. In addition, her orchids are the only ones that I've found that actually re-bloom over and over again. I've never felt unwelcome or treated rudely by her. She is busy and does everything by herself so I'm conscious of not consuming a lot of her time asking lengthy questions that I can easily look up later. It's also important to note that she designs her store by indoor and outdoor sections. Taking note of the placement of plants eliminates the unnecessary questions about lighting. She was punctual, very, very professional, and oh so knowledgeable! As customers, we could see her dedication and true involvement. On Wednesday 03/30/22, we were contacted for a possible install since they had another job canceled and we were available. So, the installers came with a full crew of very polite, professional, and knowledgeable installers who installed our filter over existing gutters which had been replaced about 2 years prior. They did an amazing job! Yes, we truly recommend them and also a neighbor stopped by giving them her name too for contact!”

And the most challenging part is that I live in Delaware, so Angela and Kim took the time to show me several units making sure that I was completely satisfied when I left. “Is a great place to visit they have Outreach Ministry food pantry I think they mean well but sometimes lady Magdalene the church reminds you of old Tampa 1965 not a good place for black people but nevertheless it drives to change its overall demeanor. I think the church prefers old settled people versus new and imaginative people that are revisionist. They don't want revolutionaries like myself they prefer Archie Bunker types therefore I know and I will not be attending church at this location but I do like what they try to do and that's all you can do is try to be better but not in my lifetime will I ever become a member of this conservative Church”

“I worked at Rocky Creek Village many years back. I worked in the model center as a receptionist and did several other duties that the other employees would not get off their butts and do. So I transferred to home health care which was awesome everyone in their did their jobs and worked hard. And I never found the part owner Mr Lupo to be an unreasonable person. For what it's worth, there were occasions when family members would just drop their elderly relatives at the model center and just leave them there. Sad. I remember one elderly woman who did not want to be there and was very depressed when she first got there very unhappy but within a week she was getting her hair done she was socializing and always had a smile on her face. maintenance department was the worst very hard to get them to do anything. None of them spoke English so maybe they didn't understand. I don't know but it was frustrating. Yes there were roaches even back then and termites and other issues but the mobile homes were older and it is Florida so it's kind of hard to keep up on that but I agree the conditions definitely could have been better. My evaluation would be that it is a place for low income people as the rents were low and included electricity. I'm not going to put the place down because I seen how it did so much good for the elderly. Always activities going on and for the most part the residents seemed content with their lives at Rocky Creek Village”
