The office staff is extremely attentive to our needs and quick to respond. PA Overman follows up with me regarding his status after appointments and keeps me informed should she have any concerns. “I have mixed thoughts on this place. Room and price was very good. Most of the staff was nice. I can't figure out why they changed $40/day upfront on the bill and then refunded it if there were no extra charges. I've never seen anything like that. How about charge my card on file if I use other amenities or have additional expenses? Isn't that how it usually works? Unfortunately this initial problem when I checked in caused me extra stress and probably clouded my view of everything else from the get go. I was also, under the impression I could fish from the property. That is not permitted.”

“I love this store. It's an older, smaller store. Sometimes it is quite crowded and very busy. The associates here are nothing less than top notch. Today, the day before Thanksgiving, they were so very busy. I was waiting in line to check out. The elderly woman in front of me was searching her purse for a few more dollars She came up short. At this point the cashier Ty-Anna reached into her pocket and quietly said "Don't worry, I have $5.00". She paid the remaining balance for the woman. I was touched by her small act of kindness. I hope Publix recognizes this young lady and all their awesome crew.”
