(August 30, 2022, 3:44 pm)The handyman showed up around 8:00 AM. The new toilet from Lowes was missing a couple of parts from the box. The handyman took care of it and got it installed. He turned a potential problem until a job completion. This guy took pride in his work.

(May 26, 2022, 5:07 pm)I don’t know how this company has 2 bad reviews. I have been using James Smith Handyman for the past 3 years and they continue to be the best in the area. Jim was just at my house last week to install 2 toilets, a garbage disposal and changing my baths tub drain. I spoke with Tracy and Danielle who help me arrange my installations. When my appointment was booked, I got a text message confirming the appointment and when Jim was on the way, Thought that was pretty cool. When Jim was here, he did not stop, super friendly and professional. He actually had me out of breath when I watched him work and go back and forth lol. The prices are great even with everything going up! I feel Jim and the entire team need recognition for the work that they do and how they do it. Will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone I know in the area!

(December 9, 2021, 4:38 pm)This company was absolutely amazing. They were on time and fast and did a great job with no mess. I even enjoyed chatting with them a bit. They came to do a disconnect and reconnect for me and install a new garbage disposal and put in a new faucet for my new counter top. Just need to get my backsplash and I will be finished. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future!!
