(January 12, 2020, 7:11 am)The facility provides exemplary service thru its staff. Especially the nurse PRactioner---- DAN and the technicians Marlene and Rose. There are also per diem techs that complement the professional atmosphere of the facility. The dietitian also contributes but should ne made more available. The social worker is excellent. Transportation to and from the facility by Lake County is unreliable. The facility corporation should be more involved in the transportation to eliminate any difficulties and stress related to getting to and from the facility. High protein drinks, bars and gelation should be stocked to eliminate any shortages. Complete blood test are taken and should be available in total-complete ASAP. Patients would benefit from frequent professional rounds. The facility is immaculate
