  The ENTIRE staff at the TREK store store has been more than wonderful and helpful and kind. I have physical limitations and they were able to help with bikes and the hitch! We are from NJ and they told us exactly what to do to get do to get the bike to them in a safe order and the put the bikes together and will ship them back up north after the tri-mar. I am the logistics coordinator for the team and every little problem we have had with any of the bikes they have gone 1000% above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Denis O'Hara

  Another excellent experience at the Trek Store in Clermont. Thomas had ordered and installed a new part for my Trek e-bike. Everything was done very efficiently and quickly. Thomas is always very friendly and offers the best customer service anyone could hope for.

  I have had numerous experiences at this shop. My first experience was as a very apprehensive shopper as many first time bike shoppers are once they begin seeing prices. Upon further interactions with Bryan, I would ask him questions regarding other bikes and he would explain things that could be decent and others that were not worth the money. As a new rider he eventually helped me settle on purchasing a Domane as my first road bike. I never felt rushed or pushed to buy a bike. I always felt as though all of my questions had been addressed. Great overall experience. Any time that I have any issues with my bike I can take it in and know that they won’t try to sell me extras that aren’t necessary. This shop won’t steer you wrong. They are a great group of employees. I would recommend them to everyone.

  Kudos to the team at the store!!! Came in with some bike issues and they grabbed the bike right away and fixed the issues. They did it super fast! Super friendly staff! Thanks for getting my bike ready for HH this weekend You guys ARE THE BEST!

  Bought a Trek Fuel Ex 8 for me and a Roscoe 6 for my son! Smooth buying experience. Staff answered all my questions but never pressured me to buy. Highly recommend visiting the shop! Having a blast visiting trails around the area! My son is hooked too!!
