Listen up. I don't normally review anything. Not really my MO. But I have to give it up to Dr. Cheng and the whole crew. Since becoming a patient there about 4 years ago, the whole staff has been extremely professional, courteous and efficient, especially in regards to my latest visit. On Monday of this week, I, a 36 year old man, was eating Skittles as a sort of pre-lunch, post-brunch snack of sorts. One Skittle (probably a purple one, as we all know, not the best of the bunch) got caught on my back molar (#19, as I'm now keen on dental terminology) and snapped that thing right off (more dental terminology for you). It was not pleasant. I was angry. At myself, at the Skittle, at the world. I called Dr. Cheng's office later that afternoon. The very next day, at 8 in the morning, I had my own room at the good Doc's, and by 10:30am I was out of there with a new "tooth" (crown) ready to take on the next batch of Skittles after the required 12 hour waiting period. (I'm kidding, I'm never eating Skittles again, as they have wronged me.) I highly recommend Dr. Cheng for all your dentistry needs. Thank you for reading.
I will first point out how scared I am of going to the dentist. Unfortunately, going is part of my health. I was going to a different dentist practice which was good but very long wait even with appointments. But I needed to be seen ASAP due to a broken/chipped tooth. Dr. Cheng's office was able to fit me in within a few days. My experience with Dr Cheng and his staff was great . I've visited several dentist offices from NYC, IL to FL. and First, the staff was very welcoming and kind. I can tell they love working for Dr Cheng. second Dr Cheng knew of my fear but he naturally made me feel comfortable. No special incense or lighting just how he worked on me and how he naturally made me laugh.
Unfortunately, for payment it burned a small hole in my pocket but dentist Insurance is like animal insurance not enough coverage. But i was not upset with price, I've spent a lot on dental as is i understand and if you want quality then you need to pay for it.
I was told after that I could of asked for a payment plan but my mouth was too swollen to ask so i just paid it in full.
Overall I was very satisfied with Dr Cheng's practice and plan on being a loyal client . The office was clean, the chairs are private, the teamwork with staff was amazing and most important the Dr was attentive and genuinely caring. I foresee better discipline in my visits. They even work with my work schedule . Thank you Dr. Cheng and staff.
Dr. Cheng He and his staff were Wonderful to deal with. My original reason for going was a cleaning and check up and to see if I could have some crowns improved in my top section doctor Cheng was very responsive And gave me a couple of different options As it turned out I had to have a root canal done. Another story in a nightmare. Doctor Cheng and his staff were very responsive and very helpful in my over all situation. Very pleased.
Went to the doctor's office today the have a Crown put on after visiting another doctor we joked about it my top upper right back toothl was crack it needed a Crown I was in pain it needed to be fixed paid $520 for the Crown no problem great doctor good job come the find out they did the wrong tooth the wrong tooth the bottom tooth not the top but both were bad. When he found out he set a appointment to fix it fast he is by far the best in the clermont area.
My entire family has been going to Dr Cheng for over 10 yrs now, he started seeing my boys when they were very young & they will not go anywhere else. He is extremely honest, friendly & reasonable...we could not be happier! The staff are professional, knowledgeable & I always know exactly what the cost is for any extra work needed prior to scheduling. When we have needed to be referred out to Oral surgeons, or other specialists we have also had great experiences with his recommendations.
