“I have been coming to Clermont Workout since they opened. I have had quite a transformation and wish I had better after pictures. I love the circuit bootcamp class. I attend it 4 days a week. It is a 45 min class, even though it does not feel like 45 minute. Robin and Joseph are great at giving you the confidence you need to get started and keep going! The classes are modified for you, no matter who is there. You really feel like you are getting personalized training for a fraction of the price! “I don’t know where to start , this Dr and his STAFF have became like family and if you have ever had to leave a dr because of staffing you will understand how important it is to have a great team. I have been seeing him since November for horrible chronic pain in my back due to multiple issues and i finally went to a pain specialist ( he is no pill pusher ) he immediately started treating me with a few meds and one of them being a low dose opiate which unfortunately I have to take to keep working like I do and the others are nerve and muscle relaxants , I also started getting epidurals which were life saving due to horrible burning radiating pain in my back all down my thighs and hips , I no longer have chronic burning pain that was like a bad toothache. I’m starting to feel like a young non injured woman again lol (most days) so I recently started going back to the gym to help with my weight for my back.
