(October 4, 2022, 1:14 pm)I went in for new tires and an alignment and left very happy. I was able to get 3 new tires and 1 free and also some kind of tire warranty through Pep Boys nationally. I felt like the staff were very honest and trustworthy.
The shop did a complimentary vehicle inspection and when they pointed out the red flags my vehicle had I didn't feel pressured to get them fixed that day. They gave me a print out with prices and let me know the level of urgency each issue had.
The interior of the office was pretty clean too and didn't smell like rubber like other places I've been.
If I have vehicle issues in the future I will definitely be giving them another call. -

I had 4 tires put on my car today.
I got a flat tire and didn't have a spare so I had it towed to this location. I normally go to my home store in Leesburg that Mr. Dave runs. I had some initial worries but Mr. Evan gave me the best deal and was professional. He made me feel comfortable and I felt safe.
As a woman, you can never truly know if the prices are too high or if they are doing what is right but Mr. Evan took care of me. I recommend this store.
Very pleasant experience!
