“Professional and courteous service tech arrived as scheduled. Since my home system had stopped cooling, he asked timeline questions whether cooling loss was gradual or sudden, and whether system fans were still working inside and outside. He was very knowledgeable on my older system, and fortunately was able to add refrigerant to return to operation. No system lasts forever, and this system will need to be replaced in the next few years - and St. Louis will be doing it.”
