  After a VERY bad experience at a establishment down the road, it was great to find Campers Inn RV of Leesburg. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. I've already been back to purchase additional items. Thank you for the great customer service.

  We recently had a leak in our bedroom window. We took our RV to Campers inn of Leesburg. We were treated like family. We had questions that were answered by Marge and she went above duty to show us solutions. Mike the service manager came out and looked at our window on our RV. He noted it might have been installed incorrectly. We left the RV and it was repaired in a couple of hours. Everyone in the service department were very friendly and helpful. We had a great experience at Campers Inn. Good people that care, and want to do the job right. We were there before about three weeks ago, and also had a great experience. I told the manager that it seems like nobody cares anymore about doing a job right, and this place really cares about doing it right and efficiently. Dave was also very helpful, and the new guy was eager to learn, and was very helpful. If you have a problem with your RV don't hesitate, take it to Campers Inn of Leesburg.

  I couldn’t have asked for any better service from start to end. The level of customer care was reminiscent of when [real] customer value was appropriately placed.
  
  Had some maintenance work and some warranty works performed by CI. This was made simple and seamless by the team. In addition, transparency and communication was certainly a priority.
  
  My personal experience was that of exceptional and rare excellence.
