  We tried a different company first, but we were dissatisfied with their service. They charged us for cleanings and chemical checks, but the pool was never cleaned. So my husband decided he could handle pool maintenance himself. Even worse idea. The pool wasn't clean and algae started growing.
  
  We contacted Pinch a Penny. They came out quickly and gave us a very fair estimate. We started service that week. Our technician, Tad, is so thorough. Our pool now looks brand new. It's so clean and the water is sparkling clear. I also love that they send an email after each cleaning, informing us of the services performed and providing us with a picture of the pool.

  Well..... I have been using Pinch a Penny (Leesburg) store for a few years now. When I 1st bought home with pool, the old owner really had no clue what valve done what or anything! So I called Pinch and they came out and explained everything that I had and how it worked . So they really helped me get a hold on this pool and how to take care of it . I just upgraded to a Salt system and the pool specialist/ installer Chris did an Amazing job on installation. Explaining every detail on this new system set it up for me. It was seamless! He definitely is a Professional! And I absolutely cannot forget Courtney at the store, she has really taken all the blunt force from all of my questions and over and over same questions. And never blinked an eye or acted like it was a bother. She helped us get what we wanted and needed above and beyond ! And anytime u call anyone there is very very knowledgeable and can answer questions right now ! Cause they know what they are doing!!! Ken is also amazing he takes the time to break it down for you to make it easier for u to understand and not make u feel stupid for not knowing ! They are a very dedicated group of professionals that will help you in anyway they can. And then some ! Don't go anywhere else or you will regret it!! Your like family at this store!   I’m the owner of a small local business. I purchase supplies from these guys weekly. There isn’t another place I’d rather do business with. The service that I receive time and time again is outstanding!!! Everyone there makes you feel like family. I will strongly recommend checking these guys out before going anywhere else for your pool needs!
