Zoom Drain

These guys did a great job finding the exact location and cause of our sewage back up at our business. Fred and Scott explained everything they were doing, what they found and my options. They were professional and thorough from beginning to end.

Had over a few amateur drain cleaners, and all told me it was a venting problem but without a camera they were just guessing. So I finally called a pro ( Zoom Drain). Within a half hour and their camera he found a soft clog and a piece of tile that had to come from a remodel.
Took the tech a while and he did not give up and got the tile that was 50 feet up the drain line out.

Thank you Zoom, you will be my only call next time. ( let's hope it's not soon).

Fred Wurgler from Zoom Drain just left my house after successfully unclogging two bathroom stools using the Zoom Jet Clean. I called for an appointment at 9:00, and Fred was here by 11:00. He was very polite, respectful, and provided good advice in keeping the water lines clear to avoid future problems. Before performing the work, he explained my options and the cost involved for each. There was no cleanup required after Fred left, as he wiped things down as he worked. Zoom Drain sent Fred W. and his associate to repair a sewer line that had been shattered by a power line. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and very alert to safety issues. They worked effectively with the local power company and maintenance staff from my home facility to resolve this issue before a holiday weekend. I could not have asked for a better outcome!
