  Your technician Johnny Jenkins fondly refers to our home/yard as his and genially cares for them. His enthusiasm and professionalism reflect very positively on your company and staff. In recent months during a long dry spell he diagnosed an insect infestation in our yard and quickly corrected the issue. Scheduling additional treatments to eradicate them and our yard is beautiful as always. Johnny, thanks for caring and providing outstanding service both are admiral qualities.

  Ricky is my Deans representative and he is very conscientious in his service and manner in dealing with me. He listens to my comments and answers my questions and concerns with knowledge and experience. He is an asset to Deans that would be very difficult to replace.
  I suggest that you keep an eye on him, because I feel he will be an asset to you in future promotions.

  Ricky provided exceptional service. His attention to detail was noticeable. He rang the doorbell to let us know that he was in the process of servicing our property. He was courteous and professional in answering our questions.

  We have been customers of Deans for three years and are very happy with the mowing team. I’m so appreciative and thrilled about the service from SEBASTIAN. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He takes so much time ensuring the grass is given proper treatment. He genuinely cares about the progress of the yard. Often he offers tips about what I do in between treatments to ensure all is well. In addition, reminds me that I can contact Dean’s anytime if additional service is required. So fortunate to have such a professional yard tech.
