(July 11, 2017, 10:08 am)A fine pharmacy, but somebody who doesn't know what he's doing has been messing with the Publix web. It used to be easy to call for a refill. You'd enter the pharmacy number, then the prescription number and your name, and you'd be off and running. Now you have to enter the complete prescription number, followed by a dash and the pharmacy number, but the web programming can't look up the pharmacy with that information, so you then have to click a "change location" button, which is confusing in itself, and enter the pharmacy number over again. I did software engineering and website development for thirty years. If I'd come up with a kludge like this one I'd have been looking for a new client.
