  Currently, I am under the Care of two professionals at Lakeview Healthcare System.
  1). My current Primary Doctor, (as of Summer 2018), is: Dr. Shahbaz Cheema. Dr. S. Cheema, became my primary provider, after my past Primary Doctor, (of 6+years): Dr. Ayesha Cheema, relocated to another State. Dr. A. Cheema deserves all 5s, because of my past visits to her office. Wherever she continues in practice, I hope the best for her. So far, my visits with Dr. Shahbaz Cheema is going well.
  ●(☆☆☆☆☆+). Dr. Prasad Ancha, (Neurologist). I have been a patient of Dr. Ancha's for the past (3+ years). Dr. Ancha, is Lake County's BEST! He is my 4th Neurologist; over the past 13 years of my pain and suffering. The Care, Concerns, and the Professionalism from this Neurologist merits 5+ STARS! Because of my Prayers, our Comnunications, the Treatments/Medication monitorings, I have not had a problem with the past condition for almost 4 years. All 5s to and for Dr. Ancha.
  3). Office, Nurses, & Billing Staff: THANK YOU!

  I have had nothing, but a great experience every time I have gone to the office. I have been to the Leesburg office and the Summerfield office. The staff has been very polite and professional. I would recommend this practice to anyone. I see Dr. Perkins he is awesome.
