My bf and I booked 4 nights here and the staff was amazing. We got a free room upgrade, and the accommodations were beyond comfortable. The beds are great. Breakfast was always there and really good. We will stay here again.
Priced reasonably and clean. Although during my stay I attempted to charge my phone and when plugging in my charger, the power outlet blew and shorted out power to my entire room. I was offered a different room but because of how early it was I declined and power was never restored before I left.
Stayed 4 nights at Microtel Inn and suites. We were in Florida watching grandaughter play softball. Hotel was perfectly located near fields.Hotel is super clean and very affordable.Continental breakfast was very adequate. The staff was very young, helpful and always willing to assist .Alex who I had the most contact with always had a smile at the front desk and handled his position very professionally
We were I town for a memorial service for my husband's aunt. We had requested a handicap/accessible room, which we did have, but it was the room furthest away from the elevator. My 81 year old mother in law has memory issues and mobility issues and had difficulty walking that long distance to the room several times a day. (Down for breakfast, back up to brush teeth and get dressed, down again for the memorial service of her sister, back up again afterwards, down again for dinner, etc..) is there not a way to put the handicap room closer to the elevator? Or does codes say it has to be next to a stairwell?
Also, my husband and I had a room down the hall from her (we would have preferred adjoining rooms) and the shower head needed to be cleaned. The water was having a hard time coming out, as if it was blocked. My husband got it to work a little better, but he shouldn't have had to do that. He also has medical challenges, as he has Parkinson's.
Overall a nice clean hotel with a free breakfast. The breakfast was mainly a cold one, although they did have a pancake maker and oatmeal. The cups and milk were all gone when we arrived about 7:30, but they were soon restocked. Just thought it unusual that they'd be empty at 7:30 when breakfast didn't start until 7:00 anyway.
Front Desk and Night Audit Staff are very friendly. Rooms are spacious, clean and have microwaves and a nice size mini-fridge. Everyone I encountered had customer service in mind. I would definitely stay there again. There for 3 nights on my last stay.
