Carl was so very helpful with my sewing machine problems which were mainly (ahem) operator error. He is so knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.
I took my Shark in to determine why the brush head was not working. Carl immediately had an idea why it wasn't, confirmed his suspicion and then told me instead of him working on it I should contact Shark with my issue. I contacted Shark, they replaced the bad part an thanks to Carl, I saved just over $100 in just parts cost. I would highly recommend Affordable.
Well after a short delay because of scheduling Carl the owner and I finally met. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of sewing machines apparently he has been in the industry for a very long time and knows all the ins and outs. He took care of my two sewing machines while I waited and now I can take care of stuff I had to do this weekend. I’m extremely impressed with his knowledge and ability and I will certainly be back again.
Carl is like a throwback from the past. You get conscientious work done by the expert who takes the time to do a thorough job and charges a very reasonable price. What a pleasant experience to deal with him.
Carl was awesome. I came in expecting to get a quote and he fixed my vacuum right then and there! And he kept me informed on the entire process. He was friendly, trustworthy, and his prices were very reasonable. I will definitely recommend his services to anyone in need of expert help.
