    Love the new Quick Lane building. The staff was very professional and helpful. I needed to have my periodic check up and an airbag recall done at the same time. I thought I would have to come back and move my car from building to building. Not the case, they took care of everything freeing me up to do whatever I wanted to do. Great work guys!

    Everyone from start to finish were great to work with and to make our buying experience pleasant. Mike Carter was very helpful in answering any questions I had. I will walk away from any salesperson who tries to pressure me and never felt in the least bit pressured by Mike. He presented the information in a very professional manner throughout the process. If I were to buy another vehicle in the future, Mike would receive my call first!

    I brought my Escape in for service. The new Service Manager, Mike, was very respectful and thoughtful. He was easy to talk to, answered all my questions. He also explained what my car needed along with the procedure that would have to be executed in order to accomplish the task. His demeanor and manners were outstanding. I would highly recommend this Ford dealership for service.
