When I was new to town and needed recommendations, everyone I spoke to recommended Harris. I tell people, "Ask 10 people who they recommend for their heating and AC needs, 9 people will tell you Harris and 1 guy will say he's got a cousin." I always like to spread the word when I encounter a good company, and Harris is a good company. There's nothing worse than losing AC on the hottest day in summer or losing heat on the coldest day in winter, and I have experienced both (or at least it felt like the hottest and coldest), but Harris responded promptly to my calls, sent technicians out the same day who offered suggestions and solutions and performed the work quickly. Obviously, I cannot say enough good things about this company.”
