“We have had Smitty’s work on our vehicle twice. The first time I had them fix my husband’s truck’s A/C for his birthday. They were awesome! They called me to tell me where they were at with things and the cost along the way. The second time my husband had a weird inconsistent shutter going on with his truck. They told me over the phone what it may be. We dropped off the truck and they worked hard to make sure we were able to pick the truck up by the end of the day since it is my husband’s only work truck. The problem was exactly what they thought and we had the truck by the end of the day. They even called me on a Saturday to make sure things were going okay with it still. THEY ARE AWESOME!! As a woman I hate when my husband asks me to coordinate our vehicle going to the shop because there is a tendency for me to get treated like I am an idiot. Smitty’s is not this way! I have never felt like they would rip us off. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“I highly recommend Harris to anyone looking for AC/heater repair or installation work. I have known them to be dependable, fair and trustworthy. I have done business with them for many years. When I was new to town and needed recommendations, everyone I spoke to recommended Harris. I tell people, "Ask 10 people who they recommend for their heating and AC needs, 9 people will tell you Harris and 1 guy will say he's got a cousin." I always like to spread the word when I encounter a good company, and Harris is a good company. There's nothing worse than losing AC on the hottest day in summer or losing heat on the coldest day in winter, and I have experienced both (or at least it felt like the hottest and coldest), but Harris responded promptly to my calls, sent technicians out the same day who offered suggestions and solutions and performed the work quickly. Obviously, I cannot say enough good things about this company.”

Long story short, look no further if you're trying to ship you vehicle and want peace of mind and a stress-free experience. Jerry is great at following up and he wants your best interest. Communication and responsiveness are key in an effort involving transporting vehicles, and Jerry operates around both of these as his core values. Also the trucking company that transported my truck was super professional and exceeded my expectations. They took pictures upon loading the vehicle and upon delivering it. They helped me go around and check out everything they've documented and look for anything else, and finally when I signed I received an email with a link to the full report with all the images they had documented - AMAZING!
