I needed to replace the gasket on an older freezer and just needed to a little more information and they were extremely helpful even though I was not paying them to do the job. To me that is the sign of a great business with great customer service. When/if I ever need something worked on I will be calling these guys.
Noticed on Thursday morning that contents of my refrigerator were not very cold. Called Appliance Repair about 10:00 and left a message, explaining problem. By noon, I received a call back from Rick, the owner. He took my info, and said he would call me on Friday when he would be heading my way. Getting back to me so quickly meant a lot !! He arrived mid-morning, and by noon he had installed a new thermostat and the cold air commenced. This prompt, professional customer service is what it's all about, in these days of waiting for a vendor to call back (if ever!). Strongly recommend !!
Very helpful, even when he couldn't personally help me, he sent me in the right direction.
