“Never before have I ever taken a car to have the oil changed at a place like this. I must say it was a very easy experience. There were plenty of people there working to make it very fast as well. I felt like I was welcomed there, I felt like a valued customer. They seemed very knowledgeable. they told me of a few extra things that might need to be done soon but they were not pushy about it. Having never done this before I am not sure how their prices compared to other places of the sort but they seemed very reasonable to me. I did not think that places like this were actually drive-through but they are. I was fully expecting to get out and sit in a waiting room with other people who were waiting as well that is not how it works. they very carefully guide you into driving your vehicle exactly where they needed to be they take care of it and you're on your way.”

I had driven along ways to that dealership from home and she even made sure to mail me my extra set of keys that needed a new battery. She was knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. I appreciated her insight and flexibility during price negotiation. She even solicited multiple colleagues to help with my purchase and making sure my vehicle was actually the right choice for me. I was surprised to find, that every colleague she asked for assistance was more than happy to oblige. The dealership has a very family feel. “Our sales rep was Leon Miller and we cannot say enough good things about his knowledge, expertise, honesty, demeanor, and his fantastic personality. We purchased an SUV in 2011 from Paul who is now the General Manager of Headquarter Honda. Both of them today made this the easiest purchasing experience we have ever had getting a vehicle. We were so impressed with the time and knowledge that Leon took with us to make sure we understood between the different levels of the CRV's on their lot. Leon broke down the vehicles so we could get a total and complete understanding of each one. His test drive was the best test drive I have ever been on since I started driving 47 years ago. Then he made sure we got the exact color we wanted by making sure we saw every available color and waiting while we decided on what we wanted. We felt we were always treated fairly and honestly and they did exactly what they said they could do for us. Tremendous props to Tony in the finance department as he was as helpful and polite as he was in 2011. After meeting with Tony, Leon spent another tremendous amount of time with us making sure we understood about what we just purchased. “This little place just off SR441, a half mile or less past 46 going south, is a hidden gem. Jose is very honest, very nice with really truly, the best prices for tires. He basically just charges what the tires cost him and then charges a minimum for speed balancing, stems, mounting and tax. I highly recommend him. “We have had Smitty’s work on our vehicle twice. The first time I had them fix my husband’s truck’s A/C for his birthday. They were awesome! They called me to tell me where they were at with things and the cost along the way. The second time my husband had a weird inconsistent shutter going on with his truck. They told me over the phone what it may be. We dropped off the truck and they worked hard to make sure we were able to pick the truck up by the end of the day since it is my husband’s only work truck. The problem was exactly what they thought and we had the truck by the end of the day. They even called me on a Saturday to make sure things were going okay with it still. THEY ARE AWESOME!! As a woman I hate when my husband asks me to coordinate our vehicle going to the shop because there is a tendency for me to get treated like I am an idiot. Smitty’s is not this way! I have never felt like they would rip us off. I would recommend them to anyone.”
