“Changed storage company due to major theft at another facility. PMS is more secure since they aren't open 24/7. Access only available when staff present and signing in is required. They have dollies and wheeled carts for moving heavier items and even allowed a shelf installation for maximum use of space. Their customer service is excellent and everyone was a pleasure to work with. Surprised us to receive a refund as we closed out our unit mid-month. Will be happy to use them again should the need arise. Would definitely recommend them.”
