I didn't feel like if I said the wrong thing I was going to get weird looks from a Karen. Jay(owner) did a great job and was super personable. I told him he could have creative freedom and he took his time creating something awesome for me to not have the balls to wear it the way he had cut it 😅 But he shaped it up for me and was still super nice and humble. Definitely will be coming back. Oh, one of the other barbers also gave my fiance a fantastic haircut as well. We both left feeling snazzy 😊”

“This place has always gotten some great items. I’ve purchased many electronic items at great prices. In the past year or so, they’ve had new management and it has really improved. Not that it was bad but now it’s more open and inviting. The items are well organized, priced fairly, they test everything so I’ve never purchased something that didn’t work. The staff is so friendly, which hasn’t always been the case. Definitely check it out but I’d appreciate if you’d leave the audio and video stuff for me!! Lol”

They have been doing a lot of new things to make this Shell Station much better then it used to be. They were left with a bunch of unpaid invoices by the previous owners. “This is a cute small farm. The animals are super friendly which is awesome and they have food in a bin that you can get cups of food to feed them. We did not get to see lamas because there was none there and the area with rabbits and piglets was so full of poop. Maybe wasn't cleaning time yet not sure but make sure you wear sneakers cause u can go in all the cages with the animals .”

“I injured both elbows and was referred to Hohman rehab. Really happy that I was too. Dr Sydney used her brilliant intellect to challenge me and help repair the screaming tendons. Her stretches and exercises are creative and produced results. She has a great team of folks too. Stefanie was quite kind and spent time working with me and throwing in just the right amount of chatting to help distract from the discomfort normally associated with physical therapy. Joe works closely with Dr Sydney too, supervising the patients and helping to keep it all flowing. The appointments were prompt, right on time. No real waiting to be seen. The place is clean and organized. I must say, over the course of my treatment, I think I had the opportunity to meet most of the doctors and staff. They are all fantastic. The receptionist greats you by name, says good morning with a smile. The staff share spirit week with themed days and I feel like I might have cast the winning vote for the pumpkin 🎃 painting contest. At the end of my treatment I feel like I made a couple of friends. Great Folks!”

“To preface, my son attended Peach Tree from ages 18 months to 2 1/2 and then at age 5. My daughter attended from 18 months to the age of three. My son is special needs. We left only because my son started kindergarten so we relocated my daughter to a day care that is closer. This is quite honestly one of the best daycares in the Lake County area. It is managed very well in a caring and welcoming environment for both parents and kids. The employees love kids in general and it is shown through their professional demeanor. Its almost like they develop individual relationships with each kid. The day care is very secure and maintains accountability with door codes and electronic sign in/sign out. Parents are provided with daily report cards and provided incident reports regarding injuries if any. Thr VPK teacher is certified through CARD. They also have allowed outside speech therapy services to come in as well as ABA and they provide adequate areas for therapists to operate. They will have TVs for movies. Other than that they are zero screen time and full on with arts and crafts and activities with plenty of play time. My kids loved it here and never had any issues. Put simply, this is a top tier daycare.”

“If you’re looking for an experience of a lifetime, you MUST book the Lake Louisa Chateau! To say our experience was amazing would be an understatement! Our family including people from the age of 1 all the way up to 71 years of age, and every last person enjoyed their time! The owner was very accommodating and allowed for last minute activities to be added and the activities did not disappoint. The owner provided a guided swamp buggy tour which everyone loved! We also added on the laser light show which was enjoyed by all, especially the kids! We took the pontoon boat out on the lake, which was calming, and enjoyable. There was plenty of room for our group on the boat and the boat has an awning to protect from the sun! We fished in the lake, off the dock, and in the well stocked pond! It provided a fun competition for everyone! The Swan paddle boat was an elegant added touch which we adored! The grounds are stunning! There are lots of picturesque moments across the grounds for family photos or quick pictures! There is a calming ambiance that resounds throughout the grounds, day or night! A peace surrounds you from the moment you arrive on the property. The backdrop for a romantic night is on the grounds each night! Each themed room did not disappoint, the pictures do not do them justice. Prepare for friendly competition and plan a day of competing in each room. Our guests of all ages participated and had fun. We booked Jacquelyn for on-site massages in the ski room. It was an amazing time of relaxation and rejuvenation. She is amazing and well worth every penny spent. Maurice provided an elegant touch to our 15 year anniversary dinner. He prepared our dinner on site, he was very familiar with the property, and navigated the dinner with ease. We allowed him to surprise us with a menu and he did not disappoint. We had steak, asparagus, potatoes, and lemoncello tartlets for dessert. He also prepared fresh fried chicken nuggets, Mac and cheese, and brownies for all of our littles! We would highly recommend you book a dinner with Maurice from Hidalgo Catering. Our favorite spot was the pool! There are extravagant accommodations with multiple cabanas and furniture for all to enjoy! The huge Television was great for watching football games throughout the week, listening to some oldies but goodies, and for karaoke! Again, everyone, of all ages loved the pool area! The owners provide floats/vests for kids, huge pool float mats, and other pool toys! Lastly, and most important, in my opinion, was the property owners! David Canther was always available for assistance, recommendations, and great conversation. David was very engaging and the icing on the cake. He perfectly balanced being present when we needed him, and remaining in the background when we did not. It made all of us very comfortable having him present! If you are just looking for a marginal place to stay overnight, book a local hotel. If you are looking to enjoy every last penny of your hard earned money, book the Chateau. The experience will leave a huge impact and the memories made will last a lifetime!”
