U-Pack

We relocated from Charlotte, NC to near Tampa, FL with only 3 weeks notice. Every phone call made to U-Pack was answered by a knowledgeable professional who went above and beyond to help in any way they could. I was given unbiased information relating to my situation and not once did I hear a pitch or hook to sell me something. It was very refreshing and resulted in me giving them my trust. Every other aspect of our move was a disaster. But anything having to do with U-Pack was super smooth. Our driver waited a very long time for us to finish loading (we underestimated how much we had and had to leave a LOT behind) and was so patient. He understood we were upset, stressed, and exhausted at that point. He got our containers to us on the earliest day and set them up to be easy for us to unload.

Every promise was kept. Every schedule was on time. All advice given was valuable and fully utilized. And we paid half of what a leading competitor was trying to squeeze from us. We're grateful for the team we worked with!!

No complaints! Everything was as promised. We needed another pod at the last minute ......no problem. I would recommend them and also ABF Freight ( who handled pod delivery to the house).

I was nervous about hiring a moving company have heard horror stories. This company was great, I moved from Vermont to Florida. They delivered trailer when they said they would. Picked it up when it was full, right away. They stayed in touch with me via text messages. Delivered to Florida when it was convenient for me. I am so happy I picked this company if you have a long distance move look no further. I highly recommend them.

We had our moving cube delivered by this facility. The office personnel a this location were able to track our cube as it was coming across the nation, and then set up a delivery date to our desired address, which changed due to a last minute move on our part. They were very professional and communicated well after our cube arrived from California.
Can't say enough about the polite, professional, and friendly delivery driver. When the cube arrived, he placed it exactly where we wanted it to facilitate unpacking. After we emptied the cube, he picked it up promptly the next morning (They gave us a 2-hour window).
