“I needed roadside assistance through my car's insurance for a battery replacement. Little did I know that would involve taking apart the air filter to get to the battery! Luckily, the guy they sent was more than willing to put in the effort to get me back on the road with the battery in place and was all around a great dude, even while I was snooping out of curiosity for the process. Cannot recommend enough for when you're in a jam! Hopefully I'll be able to go back to the actual shop for further work if needed; they definitely deserve it!”

They could have gouged me on price, given their lack of inventory and peak demand. They didn’t. It was a fair price, a little under list. They could have encouraged me to buy something inappropriate. They didn’t. They listened, recommended, and then called around to find the right weapon and have it shipped. They could have treated me with commercial indifference or meanness, given my lack of knowledge and general feeling of being anti-guns. They didn’t. They treated me with respect and were very helpful. As it turned out, I never opened the box or used the weapon. I never needed to. But that feeling of safety in what could have been an extreme crisis was, and is, comforting. I want to say “thank you” to the team. Trusted, good people.”

“Orchid Dermatology has extremely bright, professional, helpful, friendly doctors and staff. During examinations the doctors are very thorough and take a lot of pictures. PA Alex Anne Brown recently found a very small suspicious spot next to a mole. I looked at it and thought it was nothing because it was so small and looked like the other moles. Alex checked her pictures and said let’s biopsy. Thank goodness she did. The lab found Melanoma cancer cells on the surface of my skin that as everyone knows could have been fatal if left untreated. Alex removed the spot and did a great job sewing me up. I do not believe many dermatologists would have noticed the spot. I am very grateful that Alex is my dermatologist.”
