“I had a perishable delivery that was overnighted from CA to FL. I was keeping tabs on the package and realized after the driver had come and gone, that I had put the WRONG house number for the delivery address. This was at 11am. I called Fedex and they changed the address for me and advised me to drive to this Fedex facility to see if I could pick up the package. I was at the location at 12.30pm and Dee(ana) looked up my delivery. Dee could see that the address had been updated and assured me that as it was still early in the day, that the driver Juan would most likely try to redeliver. That Juan likes to do things right. Sure enough, by 5pm our doorbell rang and our package was at our doorstep. Everything in the package was still frozen. Very thankful. Thank you Dee and Juan!!!”

“I highly recommend Mid-Coast Roofing! I recently bought my first home and the roof was on its last leg. I contacted 6 different roofing companies for quotes. Bill came out for my estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. As a first time homeowner and woman I did not feel like I was being sized up. In fact, he talked me out of installing skylights with the new roof. Out of all the companies I contacted for quotes Mid-Coast was the only one to give me a number on the spot. Every email I sent was given a prompt response by Brenda, the office manager. I never had to follow up for answers to my questions. The team who installed the roof worked quickly and left my home without as much as a cast off nail. The foreman pulled me aside to show me why they were going to use a couple more sheets of plywood than the ones included in the quote. Ramon and Brenda made final payment easy. And even with the extra sheets of plywood and additional warranty (that can be transferred to someone else if you decide to sell your house), the final price was still less than all other companies I contacted. I couldn’t be happier with my roof and my experience with this company. Everyone involved made this the easiest part of my home owning experience so far. Give them a call!”

“Beautiful place and love the atmosphere. I would suggest not going during Florida’s rainy season. Most of the sites were flooded and swampy. We had a concrete pad, but only the premium sites had this. Also lots of noise from the race track on 64 throughout most of Saturday night. I would suggest you come in the winter and not come when the race track is open.”

“This is a really good community to live in. It’s very peaceful and there is plenty to do. I’ve been living here since January this year and there have been no real problems. The maintenance team is very good at what they do. They are nice, quick at getting the job done. I had a maintenance guy by the name of ray help us get our sink unclogged and he did it within 5 minutes. Really nice and polite guy. All of the people on the maintenance team do great. The leasing office is helpful too everyone In there is also good at what they do. The landscape team also does great at their job. Bushes and shrubs grow quick here but they get cut before it gets too bad. Definitely don’t look past this place if you need somewhere to live for a while. It’s promising.”
