(July 10, 2020, 8:04 pm)Shout out to Johnny and his crew! I love the fact that I can just pull into his shop anytime and someone always finds the time to fix my tire problems. Johnny as usual had a full parking lot this morning. I managed to squeeze in for a “leaky” tire. I offered to schedule an appointment and come back because I could see they were swamped this morning. Jason assured me it was fine and he’d get it taken care of, no need to come back. He had me in and out in under 30 minutes with my tire fixed. Thank you Denise, Johnny, Jason and all your staff for always going above and beyond!

(May 1, 2020, 3:09 pm)I called to check price to change tires. The lady that took the call exemplified the meaning of customer service. She was absolutely the best. When I arrived Michael, the tire tech met me assessed my request and work began immediately. The entire process was performed expeditiously in a family friendly environment. They are marked as my go to place for any and all riewd related matters. I salute Johnny Nelson Tire and all of the staff.
