Great place to grow tomatoes and other plants. My apartment is warm because the windows let in the warm sunshine. I have been here for six years and absolutely love it here. I have a beautiful view of firecrackers during the Fourth of July from my own window in the night. So it’s like a free show.
The public transportation is awesome. I have a choice of three buses or walking to the subway station. Since I enjoy retail work, I have many choices of where to work that’s close by.
Miramont is affordable. I have an efficiency. That’s all I need. Sometimes when my friend is in trouble or her water isn’t working, there’s room for her to sleep over. I can clean her clothes in my washer. This is the best place that I ever lived in during thirty-three years of my life. I don’t think that I could have it better. I believe that I will be here for a really long time.
My family recently moved out of this place after 2 years+. The maintenance team was simply the best. Always responded immediately to any issue or concern. The parking lot is quite big. No matter the situation you won't miss a parking. The rooms are spacious. It's generally a great place for families and non family setting. Minutes walk to major stores and you can conviniently walk to the train station. And of course great schools. Would definitely recommend the place.
I lived at this complex for 2 years and recently moved out for a new job. I would gladly go back if I could! You know it's a good place when many residents have lived there for 20+ years. The amenities at the complex are incredible for the low cost - tennis court, huge pool, free parking lot, private park-like walking path, covered balconies for each room. There's even new updates like Amazon Hub lockers for each building. Everyone in the community was friendly and nice. Management is accessible and accommodating. Very close access to Trader Joe's, Giant, and Target. Only "downsides" are the smokers and the motel style (you're outside in all weather as soon as you step out your front door).
People here absolutely love it here. I had a friend who lives here, and he was very happy. The elevators also have the faster door closes of any elevators I've experienced when you press that button. I hear the property management staff here is the best.
Keep in mind, some of these units are condos, and they are managed separately. A lot of the units here are undergoing, or have completed renovations, which means, you'll hear renovation noise. Also, the ceilings aren't too thick, so you can hear people above you easily, and maybe below.
Most people use the stairs for these buildings and parking is free for you and your guests (unless they recently changed that).
So besides noise of people above/below, I really haven't heard many issues about this place. Not all the units have full sized w/d so be aware of that.
