There are so many fantastic people that live here, and we utilized the workout room, played Thursday Night Bingo, and they are all gearing up for their Valentine's Day Dances. My sister and brother-in-law LOVE it here, and that alone makes me happy. It was very clean, well-maintained, and I was happy to experience the Winter lifestyle here.”

“We got married on Anna Maria Island and we stayed here along with the rest of my family and friends. I could not of asked for a better place to have everyone stay. Lori was absolutely awesome to work with. The place has everything you need and more. Having beach access right out your door just a few steps away was awesome and to come back to a clean pool and hot tub. It is also very quiet clean and relaxing. “Stayed here with family, we rented 2 apartments. The stay was absolutely wonderful. The accommodations were great. The apartments were clean and adequately stocked with everything needed in the kitchen. They go above and beyond by providing beach chairs, beach umbrella, and small cooler in your apartment for your use at the beach. The property is beautiful and well kept, they provide enough grills and patio tables for all guests to enjoy a nice afternoon cookout. The beach access was so convenient, just a short walk from property to the beach, no streets to cross which was A+ for us having kids with us. Grocery store and pharmacy is 5-7 minute drive, you can definitely walk it if you’re up to it. Property is located within short distance to many restaurants if you rather eat out. The owners are super sweet and accommodating, they were even there helping the housekeeper when we arrived which I found admirable. I honestly have not one negative thing to say. Everything was just great and I’ve already started spreading the word to my friends and look forward to going again!!”

“Excellent resort. The location is nice, the site are excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities superb. This resort hasn't been here long, so everything is still pristine. We stayed here for a week and did a lot of activities in this are, Sarasota, and Bradenten. There is a lot to do...beaches, restaurants, museums, and sunsets at the marinas. You have access to all of it, from this easy-access location. Enjoy your stay!”

“Pretty nice place. Little changes could make a good experience, great. They don't allow smoking in rooms, but smoking on the balconys makes sitting outside and enjoying yourself impossible for a non smoker/someone with breathing issues. Multiple times we were sitting outside relaxing and people would start smoking and force us inside. The front of the building has no windows so would be ideal for a smoking area. The cleanliness could be slightly better. It wasn't gross by any means, but things are dusty and the ac vents hadn't been cleaned. I don't want to sit or breathe in someone else's filth so we had to clean/dust basic things and cleaned the ac filters ourselves(caked on) . The bath tub didn't drain well so cleaning the ac filters left gunk all over the tub. We ended up calling management for the slow drain. They were very propmt and showed up to fix it within 10 mins. Our unit has signs to not leave things on the beach and to not leave lights on for the turtles. Multiple other renters left tents on the beach and had very bright lights on all night, both horrible for the turtles. Management should be working to enforce this better. Twice we couldn't park because non guests were parked in our lot. They have signs saying they will tow if you don't have parking pass but we never saw that enforced. Lastly the outside trash cans/dumpster haven't been emptied in weeks it seems, so they are overflowing all over the ground. Really takes away from the feeling of the area. The view and walk to the beach is amazing though.”

“What a beautiful little hacienda! We rented all 4 cottages and had a wonderful family time. The pool water was too hot, but it was nice to have our own. We were walking distance from the beach, and rented golf carts to get around the island. The Monkey bus was awesome to take out at night and not have to worry about parking or driving after drinking. The island is beautiful and the price for this place can’t be beat. We utilized the grill many times and the pool every day.”

“We had the pleasure of spending entire month of March and we did not regret it. There were activities everyday and rode our bikes to the island at least three times a week. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. We booked our stay for next year and are thinking about at least two months if not more. Restaurants and grocery shopping are nearby.”

“I live here and it's ok. Not really a retirement neighborhood a lot of people still work. Activities are good but little participation. Not really a great park to ride a bike in because there's a lot of deadends. The 2 parks around us are a lot better to ride in. Rents to expensive and going up again soon. We bought our place kinda in a rush last year when we moved because everything was selling quick. Would I buy here again? Maybe, but I would definitely look around at other parks.”

“Loved staying here at this hotel for my birthday weekend/Memorial Day weekend. We booked a premium ocean view room at the newer Opal building (built in 2017). The ocean view room has a view to the pool and the beach. If you want a full-blown oceanfront, you need to get a Ocean front room. Next door was construction but I didn't hear any noises. The service was wonderful. Dan the Concierge was amazing. He was so helpful. He even helped my husband plan a birthday surprise for me and he had a scented candle from the hotel as a gift for me. The service was great at breakfast and dinner. The pool was very nice with games for kids. There is a direct access to the beach. 2 beach chair are included in your hotel stay and you can rent an umbrella for $20.”

“The view from this gorgeous unit is fantastic. The condo is perfectly clean and 5min from the best beaches in the US. A previous review mentions the smell. The Causeway smells like that because of algae bloom. It is not the condo. Just shut the windows and enjoy a beautiful condo, with an awesome view, and an arm's length away from white sand beaches. We will definitely be back.”
