No one wants to spend $450.00 for a dishwasher repair 8 months out of warranty. The dishwasher is only 20 months old. It's not Goldman's fault that we didn't want to spend $500/year for Whirlpool's extended warranty for all of our new appliances. So far our fridge failed and our dishwasher failed. What's next? WAIT. This is a Goldman's review, not a Whirlpool. Cindy was warm and professional. People's expectations are tainted when their expensive junk fails and she gets the brunt of it. Phil came promptly to diagnose the issue and when the part arrived he was in and out within 40 minutes and the thing worked.

So Goldman's is on speed dial now and Whirlpool is on my permanent poopy list.

Phillip came yesterday and diagnosed our refrigerator problem. Instead of scheduling further service that might or might not fix the issue he was completely honest and gave us advice going forward We have used Goldman for years and because of service like this will continue to do so!

Goldman Appliances was able to promptly fix the issues with my Sub-Zero fridge, and were the utmost professionals in all interactions. Most importantly, the technician was able to determine the cause of problem after another the previous repair company which over a period of 8+ months had be unable to make a correct repair and replace worn parts.

One call to Goldman and all your issues will soon be resolved! They were able to schedule me within a couple of days and the tech was professional, courteous and clean. It has been years since I used Goldman but nothing has changed - excellent service at fair prices.
