Cynthia is a wonderful and thoughtful person. She went above and beyond my exceptions. It has been about 10 years since I purchased a home and I had a lot of questions for my unique situation. I can’t say enough good things about Melissa. She had her work cut out for herself from the beginning, knowing that I had a smaller budget than this crazy market would seemingly allow. When my landlord changed her mind about letting me stay for a few extra months while I house hunted, Melissa kicked her search into high gear. As a single mother my priority was finding a home in a safe neighborhood that didn’t require putting a lot of money into updates and repairs right away. Melissa never teased me with homes I couldn’t afford. After one contract fell through due to the sellers being less than forthcoming about some significant issues, Melissa asked me to keep faith that the perfect home was out there for me. She found the cutest little home in a lovely neighborhood. She put me in contact with great people to do inspections, lending, insurance, etc. She negotiated with the listing agent to make some necessary repairs and replacements that worked for not only myself but also the sellers. Honestly I never worried throughout this whole process because I was so confident in Melissa’s handling of every little curveball that came our way. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
