    I decided to get a 2nd opinion on a recent battery/alternator test that I had done at a major auto parts store the other day. That person connected his tester to the correct + part under the hood but ended up connecting the - terminal to a painted surface. The dude told me I needed a new alternator and battery. At Interstate, I met Austin. He was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and skilled. He took the time to connect his tester directly to my battery which is in the trunk and showed me that my alternator and battery tested strong/healthy! But with a date code of Feb 2016, I decided for an extra degree of peace of mind, so I had him install a new battery of their brand with a date code of June 2020! He was done in less than 10 minutes, oorah! I absolutely recommend this place!!! ;-)
